Practitioner network
The bench behind the work.
Bravo 9 fields small teams drawn from a selectively recruited bench of OCONUS professionals. This page is how practitioners put themselves in front of that process. It is not a list of openings.
01 — What we look for
Vetted on delivery, not on paper.
Every practitioner on the bench is individually vetted for operational credibility, clearance, and cultural competence. That standard is the same one our clients are buying, so we apply it before a name reaches a proposal rather than after.
- Operational credibility Work executed on the ground, in the environments in question, with outcomes someone can speak to.
- Clearance Held or eligible, at the level the work requires — level and status only, nothing further.
- Regional and cultural competence Language, local knowledge and the judgment that comes from having worked somewhere rather than read about it.
- Demonstrated delivery Credentials matter, but what carries weight is a record of finishing difficult work under short suspense.
02 — Where we build depth
Four areas, tied to the work we take on.
Human domain & population research
Behavioral, social and informational research into how populations interpret events and decide — field researchers, analysts and cognitive terrain specialists.
The capability → 02PSYOP and MISO practitioners
Influence and information practitioners who have planned and assessed campaigns in theater, and can translate behavioral research into operational courses of action.
The capability → 03Operational sustainment and logistics
Specialists in host-nation capacity, base support, maintenance readiness and supply chain conditions in austere and contested environments.
The capability → 04In-region field personnel
Enumerators, team leads and field supervisors who can run behavioral survey collection in country, in language, online or offline.
The capability →03 — How it works
Straight about what this is.
You register below. We vet what you send — background, clearance, regions, languages, delivery record. If a requirement matches, we contact you to discuss it.
There is no salaried opening attached to this, and registering is not an offer of work. Requirements arrive when they arrive: a task order lands, a proposal needs a named practitioner, a field round needs team leads in a specific country. Some registrations lead to a conversation within weeks; others sit on file for a year before the right requirement appears; some never match at all.
We would rather say that plainly than dress it up. Practitioners worth having on a bench can tell the difference, and the ones we want are the ones who would rather hear it straight.
