Bravo 9 LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business built for high-risk, short-suspense work in complex environments. We work primarily with government and public-sector partners, and selectively support private-sector clients where our expertise adds clear value.

Led by Dr. Mohamadou M. Amar, PsyD — a former U.S. Army Special Operations / PSYOP officer and SOF practitioner, and Functional Group Lead at a reputable government prime, with direct portfolio management experience across Djibouti, Kenya, Somalia, and Northwest Africa.

After retiring from the military, our founder didn’t go straight into contracting — he re-entered the arena first as a client-facing practitioner, then as a functional group lead managing multi-project portfolios across East and Northwest Africa inside a reputable, industry-leading prime contractor. Bravo 9 carries those standards forward: character, transparency, and mission ownership, delivered as a lean, elite SDVOSB rather than a large overhead structure.

Where Bravo 9 differs from a standard logistics or BOS contractor is the layer underneath the delivery: our team doesn’t just move assets and manage programs — we understand the population, stakeholder, and organizational dynamics those programs operate inside. That combination — operational sustainment plus human-domain insight — is what lets us give clients a clearer picture of risk, not just a status report.

Bravo 9 draws on a selectively recruited bench of OCONUS professionals, each individually vetted for operational credibility, clearance, and cultural competence, with 20+ years of direct government contracting experience between them. Our OCONUS partner network is locally rooted and U.S. government-proven, vetted through that same process, with a track record executing DoD firm-fixed-price contracts.
